We provide a 2 year warranty for all VaxaJector™ Smart projectors purchased through our official website vaxapack.com.

What’s covered under warranty

• Projector system malfunction (power, display, projection issues)

• Manufacturing defects (lens, internal components, ports, buttons, casing, etc.)

• Hardware issues occurring under normal and intended use

What’s not covered under warranty

• Physical damage caused by drops, impact, misuse, or improper installation

• Damage caused by water, moisture, chemicals, dust, or extreme environments

• Burn-in, scratches, or damage due to overuse or overheating from blocked ventilation

• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of non-approved accessories
