  • Manufacturing Defects: Issues with the "Upgraded Silver" finish (peeling/corrosion), internal filtration mesh, or threading integrity.

  • Leakage Issues: Persistent leaking caused by defective internal seals or housing cracks present upon delivery.

What’s not covered under warranty

  • Physical Damage: Cracks or breaks caused by drops, heavy impact, or the use of improper tools during installation (e.g., over-tightening with a metal wrench).

  • Environmental Clogging: Blockages caused by heavy limescale, mineral buildup, or debris from your local water supply.
