We offer a 2-year warranty for all VaxaFlash™ Mini flashlights purchased through our official website vaxapack.com.

What’s covered under warranty

• Flashlight malfunctions (power issues, charging failure, light not working)

• Manufacturing defects (LED, battery, magnetic base, clip, switch, casing, charging port)

• Hardware issues occurring under normal and intended use

What’s not covered under warranty

• Physical damage caused by drops, impact, misuse, or improper handling

• Damage caused by water immersion beyond the waterproof rating, chemicals, dust, or extreme environments

• Battery degradation or overheating caused by improper charging or blocked ventilation

• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of non-approved accessories
