VaxaShower™ Warranty Policy – 2 Years

We offer a 2-year warranty for all VaxaShower™ multi-function showerheads purchased through our official website.

Covered under warranty:

• Mode switching malfunction: Failure of the mechanism to toggle between the 4 spray modes (Spray, Pulse, Rain, Spray Gun).

• Manufacturing defects: Leaking joints, defective nozzles, or chrome finish peeling due to production errors.

• Pressure system issues: Failure to maintain internal pressure under normal water conditions.

Not covered under warranty:

• Limescale/Clogging: Build-up caused by hard water or lack of regular maintenance.

• Physical damage: Cracks, dents, or breaks caused by dropping the showerhead or impact.

• Misuse: Damage from using harsh chemical cleaners or installing with incompatible high-pressure industrial pumps.

• Unauthorized modifications: Any attempt to disassemble or repair the internal valve system.

To request warranty support:

1. Email us at vaxpack@gmail.com with your order number.

2. Attach a clear photo/video showing the issue (especially for mode-switching or leakage problems).

3. We will respond within 48 hours with a solution.

Global coverage. Free repair or a brand-new replacement if the product is found to be eligible.

60-Day Refund Policy

We always want you to be satisfied with your shopping experience at VaxaShower. If you are not happy with the product within 60 days of receiving it, you may request a refund.

Eligibility:

• The product must not be physically damaged (cracked, dented, or broken) due to customer misuse or improper installation.

• The refund request must be submitted within 60 days of the delivery date.

• We may ask for photos or videos as proof of the issue or your dissatisfaction (e.g., water pressure compatibility or mode-switching issues).
