We provide a 2-year warranty for all VaxaFlash Dual flashlights purchased through our official website vaxapack.com.

What’s covered under warranty

• Flashlight malfunction (won’t turn on, brightness issues, mode switching errors)

• Manufacturing defects (LED, battery, charging port, buttons, casing, etc.)

• Hardware issues under normal and intended use

What’s not covered under warranty

• Physical damage from drops, impact, misuse, or improper handling

• Damage caused by water, moisture, chemicals, dust, or extreme conditions

• Scratches, wear and tear, or damage from overheating or improper charging

• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of non-approved accessories
